Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, a notification with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: We offer standard shipping across India, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Partners: Our trusted courier partners ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Delivery Areas: We deliver to most locations within India. However, delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹5000 are eligible for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹5000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹80 will be applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier service.
Delivery Attempts
Attempted Deliveries: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.
Undelivered Orders: If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Address Accuracy
Correct Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete.
Address Changes: Requests for address changes after order confirmation may not be accommodated.
