ARE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

At Dien Aura, we take pride in offering premium quality products that are made to order. As a result, our products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they fall under the exceptions stated below.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT?

We ensure strict quality checks and safe packaging for every order. However, if you receive:

A damaged,

Defective,

Incorrect product, or

An incomplete order,


please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Steps to follow:

1. Share clear pictures and an unboxing video of the issue.


2. Email us at dien.aura7@gmail.com with your order details.


3. Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 4-7 working days.

FAILED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

In the event of a failed transaction during online payment:

Refunds will be automatically processed to the source account within 7 working days.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

The refund or replacement decision lies solely with the Dien Aura support team after review.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
